Tim Tang – Broker, Principal

As a local Orange County resident for more than 35 years, Tim Tang’s knowledge of the local real estate market is extensive. Tim takes pride in exceptional service through clear communication, creative problem solving, and dedication. As a seasoned and respected real estate professional, his ability to assess the needs of his clients and advise on the optimal solution, have resulted in lifelong relationships built on trust.

After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles, Tim excelled early on in his career helping clients find financing for mortgage loans. He then moved on working for an asset management company to help coordinate the buy and sell of large blocks of mortgages known as mortgage loan pools from banking institutions. His decade-long exposure as an Acquisition manager led him to master several areas in real estate from contract negotiations, property valuations, credit underwriting, and property rehabilitation projections in all 50 states. His contributions have led to the sales of over 3,000 residential properties in valued of $500 million annually for the decade tenure.

Tim’s pragmatic approach to real estate and ability to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions have made him a trusted consultant for his clients.

Tim was born and raised in the Anaheim Hills neighborhood where he currently resides in the nearby Serrano Heights community of Orange. He is a dedicated husband and a proud father to a two year old, Lennon Rêve Tang, the company originates their name from.
